At Dreamy Routes LLC, we aim to provide personalized travel design services tailored to your preferences. Due to the nature of our services, all bookings and planning work are customized and involve significant time and expertise. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Travel Planning Services
All fees paid for travel planning consultations, itinerary design, and personalized travel advice are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Once work on your personalized itinerary or travel plan begins, fees cover the time, research, and resources spent, and therefore cannot be returned.
2. Deposits
If a deposit is required to start your travel planning, the deposit is non-refundable.
Deposits confirm your commitment and allow us to dedicate resources to your itinerary design.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel a service request at any time by notifying us via email at hello@dreamyroutes.com.
Cancellations after work has begun do not qualify for a refund, but we can provide a summary of completed work as of the cancellation date.
If no work has started, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, depending on resources allocated.
4. Third-Party Bookings
Dreamy Routes LLC does not directly book flights, hotels, or tours. All payments to third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) are subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies.
We strongly encourage clients to review the terms of third-party providers before finalizing any bookings.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of emergencies or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we may offer credit for future services instead of a refund, at our discretion.
6. How to Request a Refund
If a refund is applicable under this policy:
Email hello@dreamyroutes.com with your full name, booking details, and reason for the refund request.
Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
